The plank is all natural Western Red Cedar with no additional flavorings. Unlike most, our planks also come from certified sustainable and food grade sources and are select cut for optimum flavor. Soak the plank for 1 hour or more, heat on an outdoor grill and cook food right atop the plank. Planks may be reused if not overly charred.
