Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo Chicken Dip
Time Prep 10 - 20 mins / Cook 20 - 30 mins

  • 2 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese
  • 2-3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 bottle ranch dressing
  • 1/2 bottle bleu cheese dressing
  • 4 ounces Franks Red Hot sauce
  • 3-4 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • Pepper Jack or Monteray Jack cheese, copious amounts, shredded


  1. Sauté the celery in a tiny amount of butter or olive oil until soft and translucent
  2. Add cream cheese and dressing and heat and stir until smooth
  3. Mix together with the chicken and red hot sauce and pour into a 9X13 casserole dish
  4. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes until thoroughly hot and bubbly
  5. Serve with tortilla chips, celery, etc.
