Cheesy Fondue

Cheesy Fondue

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup white wine (or a total of ¾ cup of milk if you choose not to use the wine)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Melt together slowly
  2. Serve with cubed French bread or raw vegetables while warm or hot.
