Each Double R Ranch Co. roast is perfectly aged and flash-frozen.  They are hand packed in customized cooler containers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.  We have worked with chefs to choose the necessary cookware and to provide the corresponding cooking instructions necessary to prepare the perfect dish. These instructions are placed in each shipping container and are also available online in video and step-by-step formats.
