Where other cuts like the ribeye get their tenderness from marbling, the tenderloin is naturally tender and low in fat. Whether roasted whole or cut into steaks, our tenderloin roasts are sure to impress your family and friends. We offer two different cuts. The traditional roast is the whole tenderloin and offers dramatic presentation and good value. The center cut is a wonderfully uniform roast that offers the absolute best part of the tenderloin.
